1) Rubber Band Effect - The stock market acts like a rubber band pulling stocks back to the center of the recent trading range. If the technicals show that it is overbought (too high ) for the recent trading range, then it will want to move back down. If the technicals show that it is oversold (too low) then the market will want to move back up. When the stocks are too low they are more sensitive to good astrological weather and good news in general. When they are too high it's like somebody after eating a big meal who isn't very hungry anymore they can't eat (buy) much more for now regardless of the news or the astrological weather. It would take some very good news or astrological aspects to make it go up further when it is overbought (too high already). So we still need to pay attention to whether the market is overbought or oversold because it effects how the market will respond to the astrological aspects. (weather)
2) News Effect - A creepy little fact (for some) is that when the astrologicals are positive the news tends to be positive and when there are negative aspects the news tends to be negative. We can go ahead and let the scientists wrap their little pointy heads around that one, but that's how predictive astrology tends to work. Events tend to happen that correspond to astrological timing. Astrology does predict or measure the "animal spirits" (emotional weather) of the market, but it actually also suggests the future direction of news and events.
3) Support/Resistance - Similar to rubber band effect. If the market is near a support level it will be resistant to bad astrological aspects taking it down further. If the market is near resistance levels, it will be harder even for good aspects to take it further upwards. To break support or resistance levels it takes very strong astrological aspects.
4) No Action - If you have a good astrological weather for a certain period of time and if the market does NOT go UP during that period of time: the good astrology is probably holding the market up and after the good weather passes, it will head back DOWN. Also if you have bad astrological weather and the market does NOT go DOWN any further, consider that it may go UP after the negative astrological weather passes.
